REFUND POLICY

We may provide free trial periods for three (3) months, subject to agreement between us, to let you fully evaluate our portal. During the trial period, you get a complete usage access to all of our features. Thereafter, you can opt for any of the plans available on our portal and pay for the subscription fee in advance. The fees paid for the subscription plan are non-refundable. The subscription fee shall be shall be deducted automatically using the payment method you have opted for. In case the payment of subscription fee fails due to any reason, we shall notify by giving a notice period of thirty (30) days. If subscription fee is not paid even after thirty (30) days of the notice period, your access to the portal shall be revoked and cancelled.
In order to request for any content creation on the portal, you need to the recharge the wallet, as provided on the portal.
In case of your subscription is cancelled for any reason but your wallet has an amount exceeding the value of the content requested, you may request for a refund. However, the refund shall only be processed after making 100% deduction against the price of the content approved by you and thereafter, deducting 25% for the price of the content requested by you but which has not been approved by you. After making all these deductions, the remaining amount shall be credited to your account.
